What we do

Some families know the land existed. Most don't know what happened next

The Land Archive researches and documents the recorded history of ancestral property — tracing ownership from the original land patent through every deed, transfer, and transaction that followed.

We work exclusively with publicly accessible records. What we deliver is not legal advice or a title claim. Its something much more fundamental — the documented truth of what was theirs.

Every engagement results in a formal Land History Dossier and a Family Tree Portrait—the record, reconstructed. The history, preserved.

Scope & Limitations

The Land Archive provides historical documentation based on publicly accessible records. This work does not constitute legal advice, title claims, or guarantees of ownership recovery. All findings reflect available record at time of research.

Begin the Reconstruction

Every property carries a history. Some are simple. Some require deeper reconstruction. Every inquiry begins the same way.
